At this time of year, there are a multitude of calendars to choose from, but so many are dreadfully twee and uninspiring.
If you’ve not yet found your perfect calendar and are looking for something a bit different, then we’d recommend having a look at what’s on offer at Zazzle.
They specialise in one-of-a-kind, print-on-demand products, and they’ve got a great range of calendars, created by some of the world’s best artists and up-and-coming individuals.
Here are three of our favourites.
Thaneeya McArdle 2010 calendar
This funky calendar from internationally acclaimed Thaneeya McArdle features images from her original drawings and paintings. This a calendar full of colour and the images are drawn from influences such as abstract, whimsical, photorealism and psychedelic.
The cover shot, shown above, is a riot of colour, but it’s worth going to look more closely at the images for the months of the year, as you get to see a really good mix of Thaneeya’s artwork.
Autumn Landscape calendar
Despite being descriped as autumn, the images on this colourful calendar are not autumny all the way through!
The calendar was created by Glemelin and portrays images of digital art.
Carnival in Venice calendar
Carnival in Venice is by Bulgan_Lumini and features a collection of watercolour and mixed media paintings, all inspired by Carnival in Venice.
The artist suggests that, at the end of 2010, you can take the calendar apart and frame the images as artwork to keep in your home.
