We’ve featured lots of alternative Christmas trees before and twig style trees have been popular for a while. But this year we’re seeing more birch cluster Christmas trees popping up.
They’re very similar in design to the twig style Christmas trees, but as the name so aptly suggests, there are multiple trees included in a cluster. You can use the clusters as they are and simply display them in your home for a minimal look, or the branches can be gently manipulated and you can hang a few decorations on them.
Here are some of the birch cluster Christmas trees that we’ve found.
There’s a lovely pre-lit Birch cluster Christmas tree at John Lewis. It comes perched on its own little stand and the branches can be decorated if you wish. It’s available for £99.
If you’d like a birch Christmas tree cluster that can be used both indoors and outdoors, then head over to Cox & Cox. Their birch cluster is inspired by a Midwinter forest and it’s made up of five trees. The trees are pre-lit with 46 warm white LEDs. It’s £85.
Another option is Next, where they’ve got a 6ft white snowy birch cluster Christmas tree. It comes pre-lit with 160 LEDs, so it’s ready to get using straightaway. It’s £90.
Have you spotted any birch cluster Christmas trees that you’d recommend?

I love birch trees. I did a whole shoot with them once for a TV show. Really nice update on the old christmas tree idea

Oh I love the simplicity of twig trees at Christmas – they’re so understated and elegant and could be kept up the whole of Winter really, not just December. x

These, admittedly, are not really to my taste. BUT, I do love that it means everyone’s house can look a little bit more unique around Christmas.

I really love these and I would definitely consider getting one in place of a traditional Christmas tree.
