We’ve seen the Pantone colours used in a popular series of mugs and candles, but now the classic colours of Pantone, which have been used by designers for over 50 years, have been transformed into a collection of contemporary wall art canvases.
As you’d expect, the colours work wonderfully well as wall art. The canvases are bold, eye-catching and very contemporary in style, providing a cheerful pop of colour on a wall.
They can be hung individually, picking up a central colour theme in your interior design scheme, or grouped together representing several of your favourite decor colours. One single canvas on a wall looks great, but we love the effect of hanging three or four canvases horizontally or vertically or in a block of four.
The Classic Collection of Pantone wall art features 12 classic colours, including blue (072), purple (2597), turquoise (320), orange (165), silver (877) and black. A limited edition collection is also available, currently featuring a choice of four rectangular canvases measuring 150cm x 100cm x 4cm.
Each piece of canvas wall art measures 25cm x 35cm x 4cm and is a silkscreen on canvas print. They’re priced at £24.95 from Pantone Art Universe, with free postage and packing in the UK. They’re currently an offer on enabling you to buy five canvases and get a 6th free.
If you’re looking for contemporary art for a modern home, then a Pantone Art canvas is a must have.
What’s your favourite Pantone colour? Ours is Pantone 186 – red – which evokes feelings of energy and passion.
