I wear mittens and a hat, get under my duvet and snuggle with whoever is available for snuggles (generally the dog). I’d put the microfire in the attic, as it’s like the arctic in there right now.

As our house is a new build we have no fireplace 🙁 So to save on the central heating bills the only way to get warm in my living room is to snuggle up with my 3 Beagle puppies in a big kingsize duvet! If i won i would use the Microfire in the living room but would still snuggle the poochies.

My favourite way of warming up is a latte in front of a flickering fire, unfortunately we don’t have any heating at the moment so usually lots of jumpers
I would use the fire in my bedroom as it’s so cold and draughty, thank you

I use a snuggie blanket to cocoon myself but I still get cold in my bedroom so I’d use this to warm it up before going to bed!

Whoops – so caught up thinking about my chicken soup, I forgot to say that I would use the heater in my static caravan, sited on a windy farm site, which is quite old and doesn’t have central heating
Chicken Soup will keep the chills at bay & if you do have a chill, this recipe is better than any pill you can take.
Boil a whole chicken in a large pan of water (Remove when cooked & reserve for another dish).
Add lots of root veg, onions & as much garlic as you can take (The garlic is the most active ingredient).
I like the fat on the top ofg the soup, but if you dont, just skim it off.
Either eat it chunky or blend it up.
Serve with crusty bread.
Switch telly on, put slanket on & curl up & ENJOY!

My favourite way to warm up in the winter is a cuddle with my fella in bed under the duvet – although I’d still put the MicroFire in the bedroom as it gets chilly when I’m on my own!

This will look perfect in my living room which happens to be the coldest room in the house. My living room is the Hub of all entertainment, whether just curling up on the sofa with the dog watching TV, listening to music, and reading a book or entertaining friends, this will be a perfect and useful addition to my room 🙂

I don’t want to get too graphic but me and my girlfriend like to warm each other up at the end of a long day during winter months in the bedroom. Therefore we would love to use it in the bedroom for a relaxing mood. Apologies for the smut.

A warm bath, followed by a chocolate, wrapped in my blanket. I’d use this in my living room as it’s so stylish.

I like to cuddle up to my cats with several jumpers on

My favourite way to warm up in winter is to watch a hot DVD…..no I don’t mean ‘naughty – hot’ I mean a Movie set somewhere hot. I see the sunshine and sand and think I’m somewhere warm. It’s a bit of a jolt to come back to the cold when the movie ends 🙂
I’d put my Dimplex Microfire in the bedroom I’m currently converting into a first floor sitting room. I’m taking over this room as a new ‘lounge’ because it has a huge, south facing window, so when the sun shines it’s lovely…but when it’s cold and raining I definitely need some extra warmth!

We would take it to the caravan with us and carry it with us from room to room – turning a cold, shivery igloo into a warm, snug haven!

I like to cuddle up under my blankie with my two little girls on the sofa with a nice hot cup of tea for me and some warm choccy milk for them and read them a story! I’d use the beautiful fire in the conservatory as there’s no heating in there and so the girls miss out on playing with their toy kitchen (which only fits in there) this time of year :O)

I’d use it in my study to avoid having to heat the entire house when I’m working from home. That’d save me some hard to come by cash!

my favourite way of warming up is to cuddle up with my big hairy German Shepherd Dog. I would put this fire in my daughter’s room as it’s always cold in there.

Central heating is for wimps! Wearing layer on layer, and keeping moving keeps me warm. Having an ageing house which needs more maintenance than the Forth Bridge means never feeling the cold. Though putting some Microfire in the bedroom is never a bad idea.

i love to snuggle up with my dogs – id have to have the fire in my home office which is always cold!

My favorite was to warm up is over a cup of hot chocolate in my local coffee shop with friends.
The heater would look perfect in my study. Very stylish.

I put my electric blanket on, fill my hot water bottle, then snuggle down under two duvets and a couple of blankets. I’d have the Microfire in my very cold study.
