Ever wanted to suspend your books in thin air? If your magical skills aren’t quite up to achieving this feat, then the Umbra Conceal bookshelf can do it for you!
This nifty shelf invention, designed by Miron Lior, creates the illusion of an invisible, floating shelf on which you can stack a small collection of books (it’s similar to the Self Shelf that we featured a while ago).
Made from metal, the shelf comes with instructions as to how to fit it from the wall – it needs a couple of screws – and can accommodate books of up to 20cm in depth, and a maximum load of 6.8kg.
The Umbra Conceal shelf is available to buy from Red Candy, where it’s priced at £9.50.

Love it! I kind of reminds me of the Vitra shelves. Minimalistic style too! http://www.archiexpo.com/prod/vitra/design-wall-shelves-ronan-erwan-bouroullec-80422-1180465.html
