G & Tea Cocktail
Of course, no celebration of World Gin Day would be right without a little tipple, so here’s a special gin cocktail created by Stefano Litti, restaurant and bar manager at Sopwell House in Hertfordshire:
Ingredients
40ml Bathtub gin
20ml Earl grey tea – cooled
20ml Grapefruit juice
Method
Add the gin, cooled tea and grapefruit juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake well and serve over ice in a highball glass.
Enjoy!
