Looking for a way to hide or disguise your TV? How about a TV concealing aquarium?
This clever design innovation enables a TV to be completely hidden from view at the click of a button.
At first, the TV is above the fish tank, but when you’ve watched enough and don’t want your TV on display, it slides down into a hidden cavity in the tank, so you can instead enjoy the peaceful view of swimming fish.
The TV concealing aquarium was created by inventor and furniture designer, David Free, from the company Picture House and it’s an unusual piece of TV furniture that offers a new slant on TV disguises.
The tank is available to order in three different finishes and a choice of 16 colours. Most sizes of TV can be accommodated by the tank and, as well the TV hiding mechanism, there are three other concealed equipment storage spaces – one for hiding the filter, one for home cinema equipment and a third for general storage purposes.
If you want to see the tank in action, there’s one on display at Romsey World of Water in Hampshire.
