The M&S summer sale has started today this morning, with up to 50% off a huge range of products, including lots of homeware and furniture.
Amongst the bargains, we spotted this chunky round chopping board for £5, a cute garlic storage pot for £3 and a stripy Mardi Gras garden parasol reduced to £35 (from £75).
There are lots more good buys, including glasses for 25p and table lamps for £3, so we’d recommend heading off and starting a bit of bargain hunting at M&S!

 Fresh and floral bedding The summer sale is on at Designers Guild and, amongst the bargains on offer, is this Amalienborg bedding set.
The duvet set is reversible, with a fresh and modern stylished floral print on one side, with dominating colours of pink and lilac, coupled with subtle green, and a pretty striped design on the reverse.
Made from 100% cotton percale, the bedlinen is available in a range of sizes from single, to double, king and super king. If you like slightly floral designs, but sometimes want a change of bedding, then this reversible set would be ideal.

 Reduced Elenora cushion If you’re planning to decorate, but need to do so on a budget, then head to the final days of the Designers Guild warehouse sale in London which ends on Saturday 15th May.
They’re selling discounted wallpaper, furniture and accessories, plus fabric from £3 a metre, so it could save you a packet on the usual costs.
If you’re not near London, you can still get up to 60% off by shopping from the Designers Guild online sale.
This duck egg Elenora cushion, for example, has 50% off the original price.

Here’s a date for your diary - on Saturday 8th May 2010, Heal’s are having a warehouse sale, with up to 70% off ex-display and clearance furniture.
The exclusive event promises to have amazing, one-off discounts on a wide variety of furniture, including sofas, chairs, cabinets, dining chairs, dining tables and occasional tables.
The warehouse sale is taking place on Saturday 8th May 2010 at Heal’s Distribution Centre, 10 Ardra Road, Edmonton, London N9 0BD and will run from 9am until 1pm.

 The Panton Chair If there’s ever a good reason to investigate the January sales, it’s the chance of getting some classic design pieces at reduced prices.
The Lollipop Shoppe currently have up to 60% off a range of classic home and interior items (until 31st January 2010), including the Panton Chair, which is half price. It’s an ex-display model, but is in good condition and it’s not often you can find such a gem with 50% off the usual price ticket.
There’s also 40% off a classic egg chair, by Arne Jacobsen.

If you’ve been saving up your pennies in readiness for the post-Christmas sales, then you’ll pleased to hear that some are starting earlier this year.
A few online sales started yesterday, but if you’ve got your heart set on the John Lewis sale, it’s launching online at 6pm on Christmas Eve. This offers quite an early start on the in-store sale, which will commence on Sunday 27th December.
John Lewis already have a sale clearance preview page up with a few tasters on. Egyptian cotton towels will be priced from £1.50, Denby china from £6 and you could take home a Roxy large sofa for £599.

 Bombay Duck paisley clock
We love a good sale and there’s nothing nicer than finding a gorgeous piece for your home at a fantastic bargain price.
One of the online stores with the sale currently in full swing is Bombay Duck, where you’ll find a plethora of great bargains with up to 70% off.
The square paisley design square clock, for example, is available in black and white, or pink and mint, and has been reduced to only £9.09 (was £19.09).

There are sales galore on at the moment, which helps a great deal if you’re purchasing homeware and home products. The Designers Guild currently have up to 75% off in their sale and there are some gorgeous items on offer. Here are some of our favourite picks.
Madison turquoise cushion
This floral applique Madison cushion has an in vogue brown and turqouise design, with a leaf print on the back. It’s currently reduced by 15%.
Chawton tea rose throw
Whilst it’s still a bit too hot to think about wrapping up warm, this Chawton tea rose striped throw would be a great addition for the cooler months. Made from 100% fine lambswool, it’s rose pink stripes would add a cheery addition to a bed. Best of all, it’s currently on sale for 50% off!
