Recyled cushions

Share a message

These fun felt cushions will appeal to many a Scrabble fan.

They’re not only rather quirky, but they’re also made from 100% recycled plastic bottles that have been formed into a wonderfully soft felt. The inner cushion is also made out of a 100% recycled fibre filling (95% made from more of those plastic bottles) and an organic cotton outer.

The U & ME cushions would be very apt for Valentine’s Day, but if there are other letters that would have more meaning for you, then they can be ordered in your own choice of lettering or colour.

If you’re keen on the idea of saving plastic bottles from going to landfill, then buying just one of these cushions will save 10 bottles!

The cushions are available to purchase individually, or in sets, and you can find them for sale at EcoCentric.

Stylish lamp from recycled parts

kozo-lamps-04

Don’t ditch your old plumbing parts - they could come in handy for creating a lamp! It may sound crazy and a tad bizarre, but plumbing parts really could be used to create a stylish lamp - as the new KOZO series of lamps have proved.

Made from the leftover pieces used in a plumbing job, the lamps are eco-friendly and a great example of how old throwaways can be recycled and made into something new and exciting.
