Continuing our love of all things geometric, we can’t help but like the look of the Prestigious prism wallpaper.
Part of their geometric range, the distinctive wallpaper is made up of a series of geometric shapes, including many triangles. It’s available in a dramatic midnight blue, a neutral taupe (that they call string), which has a slight hint of metallics in it, and onyx.
The onyx shade, featuring taupe, brown and black shades, is given an extra edge with the addition of a black velvet flock effect.
All three Prism wallpaper options are available from Wallpaper Direct, with prices from £49.50 per roll.

Cherry blossom wallpaper
The weather has been so cold and grey recently, so we’re looking forward to the arrival of spring and spring flowers.
To help bring a bit of a spring feel into your home now, how about decorating your walls with cherry blossom inspired wallpaper?
If you’re unsure about floral wallpaper, then this design is a good one to start with, as it’s dainty and subtle. Although the design is available in some stronger, more vibrant colours, we love this soft silvery colour palette.
The wallpaper is given an extra special finish thanks to the addition of just the right amount of glitter, so the cherry blossoms shine in the light.
At only £16 a roll from Graham and Brown, this is an affordable wallpaper that won’t break the bank and, as a bonus, cherry blossom is supposed to bring you good fortune!

Britain’s landscapes have been the inspiration behind many a wallpaper design. MissPrint’s latest wallpapers are inspired by the landscape of the snow capped mountains of Great Britain.
The mountains wallpaper collection offers a modern interpretation of mountainscapes and offers a bit of a change from MissPrint’s other designs, which often draw inspiration from flowers or trees (it’s by the same design company who created the lovely saplings wallpaper we featured previously).
There’s a lot of detail included in the line drawings of the mountains and the different colour patterns (mostly) reflect different times of day, with a few fanciful additions thrown in. There are five colourways – sunrise, red sun, blue moon, dusk and midnight. See below for more images of these colour options.
The MissPrint mountains wallpaper is available from retailers such as John Lewis, for £59.95 per roll.

We’re loving the screen printed wallpaper designs by surface print designer, Rachel Powell.
Woodstock is a graphic bird design wallpaper that’s got a Scandinavian feel to it.
Prudence is in intricate repeated pattern design that’s small in style, but has a big impact on a wall.
Both Woostock and Prudence are available in cloud (silver grey) and pepper (brown) colours, plus Woodstock is available in a lively mustard yellow too.
Both wallpapers are available in 10m rolls from Rachel Powell. Samples are available too, for 70p each.

Brick design wallpaper
Textured effect wallpapers, like the log cabin stacked wood mural we featured recently, are all the rage at the moment.
If it’s a brick wall effect you’re after, then here’s a great wallpaper design that’s super affordable.
The bricks wallpaper is from Next and helps create the effect of a well worn textured brick wall.
As you’d expect with a normal wall, some of the bricks look more worn than others, with pale shades running through them, whilst others have darker patches. Compared to some other similar wallpapers, these bricks have got just the right balance of colour to create a realistic brick wall effect.
The brick wallpaper is ideal for creating a feature wall – a whole room papered in this might be too much. At only £15 a roll from Next, it’s not going to break the bank if you want to give it a try!
